Murphy's law teaches that breakdowns happen when it's most inconvenient.
Our 24 hour Emergency Service is here to help.

Remark: If you call after hours, please leave your name and phone number on 'our after hours answering service' and our 'technician on call' will contact you with in the hour.
So, let's not panic, help is underway.
--> But the first line of help is you:
- The first and easiest step you can do, is to check the circuit breaker.
There might have been a temporary overload.
- If possible, find out the brand and type of your system. This information is typically on the machine decal and often easily accessible on the outdoor unit. This information helps our technician to best prepare for the visit.
- Try to determine and describe in a non-technical way what's wrong
For example: - the system does not heat/cool, the blower is working - I can reset the breaker but it keeps tripping - I smell .... describe
This is the most important information for our technician before they even leave to see you.
With these information let's place the service request either by EMAIL or by Phone. Please check our Contact Page for further information. |
