Today, Scott Kelly is president of the company. With highly trained technicians and a fleet of over 20 vehicles, new projects are installed and thousands of heating and air conditioning systems are being serviced every year. The service area is most of the Upstate of South Carolina including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, and parts of Laurens County. No job is too big or too small for us. We install and service complex systems designed for the requirements of large commercial buildings as we do any residential system including advanced alternative energy systems such as heat pump and geothermal or ground source systems. Some of the brands we install and service include Trane, Carrier, Aprilaire, Water Furnace for Geothermal HVAC systems. In 2007 and 2008 we added emergency power generators and tankless water heaters to complement the heating and air conditioning lines. We never walk off and leave a job once it has been installed. Heating and air conditioning in general and the interest in detailed technology of furnaces, heat pumps and alternative energy were the foundation for Horace and Scott Kelly, when they started the heating and air conditioning contractor and service company Carolina Heating Service, Inc. in 1981 in Greenville SC.
