Totally satisfied!
We've been with Carolina Heating for a couple of years now. We have a service contract with them...this really gives us peace of mind. We've gotten to know our technician, Bob, and feel very comfortable with him working in and around our house. We recently added a Sun Room to our main house...this required a modification to our existing HVAC system. We had Scott Kelly come to our house to evaluate our system efficiency. Scott took the time to look at our needs, particularly in terms of how we move through the house at different times of day, etc. He recommended adding three new zones to our existing system. Now we have heat or air conditioning exactly where we need it and when. What a difference! We no longer have one part of our house cold and one warm. The damper system calls for exactly what we need, when we need it. Our system is more efficient...and we are certainly more comfortable. I would highly recommend Scott Kelly and his team... Mr. Kelly , there is no doubt in our mind that you and your company can provide us with the utmost service in Greenville . 10 years ago , when we installed our unit downstair , we asked 3 companies for quotes .. you were the most expensive , but you provided the technology , performance .. and then we discovered the quality of your team's craftsmanship . Last fall when we had to change the unit , we did not go to 3 companies and ask for quotes .. we asked you , period . So get your team ready in 10 years when we change our downstair unit . Successful companies are companies which take a good care of their customer as you did . To have issues , we will have some , even if that is frustrating at time ... but we felt that you take care very well of our needs and you were able to represent us to the TRANE company . My family appreciates the professional know-how and courteous interactions with a number of your staff during the business of ordering and installing the heat/AC system at 306 Wenwood Circle. Scott - I just wanted to let you know what a difference the new system is making that your company installed in our home last week. Your installation technicians were extremely courteous and conducted themselves very professionally (AND they cleaned up behind themselves!). Steve and I will recommend your company to anyone who wants to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

I want to take a moment to let you know how pleased our family has been with the job Carolina Heating did in installing the new Trane HVAC system in our home. The difference between the new system and the 18 year old system you took out is like night and day. The house is much more comfortable and you never really hear the fan blowing. The humidity is much lower and the air in the house seems much cleaner.
It is equally important to tell you how pleased we were with the installation crew- Beth and Tubby did an excellent job in their installation. They were very attentive to even the smallest detail and I truly feel that the quality of the installation was outstanding. They were careful to work around our schedule and they called each day to let us know what time they would arrive. When they worked inside the house, the floor was covered with a protective tarp and any debris was quickly cleaned up. Beth was even careful to take off her shoes each time she came in the house! Before they left, they cleaned up underneath the house, picked up around the job site, made sure that I had a lesson in working the new thermostat, showed us how to change the filters, and answered any questions we had about the new system.
We also appreciated the notebook you provided which compiled every important piece of information relative to the new system in one central place.
In closing, we feel that our new system is everything you said it would be and that your company went the extra mile to see that we were happy with the job. In today’s world, it is refreshing to find a company that actually does what it says it will do.

We interviewed several heating and air contractors and decided to hire you based on the representations your salesman, Bill, made about your company. He was knowledgeable about your product and your business; he assured us you hire and train professional installers. Bill knew exactly what our house needed and was not hesitant about telling us.
Your installers, John and Joseph, were in fact not only skilled at their trade, but excellent and courteous workers as well. They worked diligently and efficiently all the time they were here; never complaining nor slacking off when the going was tough. In today's business environment where "customer service" is often the deciding factor in hiring a company or not, we could not be more impressed with the service we have received and the equipment you installed.

We just wanted to convey to you and the employees at Carolina Heating how much we appreciate the fine job that was done at our home. We were very impressed with the treatment we received. We talked with other heating and air businesses and had to listen to a lot of "hoopla" about their business. Your sales stayed practical and to the point. From beginning to finish, the jobs were professional. We also want to recognize the men who installed and serviced the unit. Robert, "Tubby", and Joshua were very efficient in the installation process. They did a wonderful job and worked very hard. Then there was David who came out on a Saturday to hook up our gas after days of waiting on the gas company. He was very considerate to call and re-assure us that he was coming, even though he had already had many calls that day. We also want to thank the nice ladies on the phone that delivered the messages and kept us informed as to what was going on. Thank you once again!

I wanted to take a second to formally thank you for the excellent job that your company did for my wife and I. We have been thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Carolina Heating Service. From our very first meeting to discuss our needs for our home I have felt that your company has acted with our best interests in mind. I had a clear view of what was to be accomplished but what I was not expecting was such a high level of professionalism from your installation crew. They are one of the best that I have seen work in my 13 years of dealing with contractors in the Greenville area. They arrived on time every morning after telephoning my wife to advise that they were on their way. They worked hard and kept our home clean in the process and left no sign that they had been there each day. In addition to this, they were polite and courteous to my wife and small child.
