Love my Trane and Carolina Heating's service
I lost the envelope to return my customer survey so I will email instead. Wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new HVAC system. John Stewart and Dale Moore provided exceptional service and made me glad I called Carolina. Professional, efficient, courteous and quick! WE GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES AND YOURS WAS THE HIGHEST. WE CHOSE YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED IN THE PAST. Appreciating Carolina Heating Services for a job well done.
Justin,
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and Carolina Heating Services. As you know I had a new air conditioning/ heating unit installed for the upstairs of my house in August. Because of major issues relating to services provided through my home warranty we had been without air conditioning for six weeks.
Your understanding of my circumstances and what you did to ensure that my new unit was installed promptly and professionally is very much appreciated.
I can not say enough about the technicians that installed the unit- they were so polite and professional. They answered all of my questions and it was obvious that they were committed to getting the unit installed and cared about me as the customer. I can honestly say that the experience that I have had with Carolina Heating services has been 100 % positive. Please share this with others and any perspective customers.

Professional and enjoyable service visit by Carolina Heating
Hello!
Two wonderfully nice gentlemen just left my house and I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation. The reason for the service call was due to my a/c not working properly. They were here within the time frame I was told and after determining the solution to our problem explained everything clearly so that I could understand. I sometimes find in dealing with maintenance and repair of mechanical things I have a hard time understanding due to the unknown of the product. Your service men were very clear in what needed to be done and what options I had to fix the problem. They were patient and kind and professional. The tech's name was David Allen and he also had another gentleman assisting him. Wanted to let you know the oustanding service I received from them both and that, in the future, I will call your company if any more problems arise with our HVAC.

Job well done
I wanted to thank CHS for taking care of my home for over 20 years. I recently had my Carrier HP serviced like I always do in March and the Service Rep, Michael Albert was top-notch, professional and qualified. We had a power outage a couple weeks later and our unit would not turn on. I called the weekend service tech, Reid, and he advised me to call on Monday, and also gave me advice in the meantime to see if I could start my Carrier back up. Long story short, Michael came back, spent an hour with me and had my unit running in 5 minutes, but double-checked all that could be the initial startup problem. CHS has a wonderful, solid and dependable record and I can vouch for them. They were there when I needed them. Thank you so much. Elizabeth Burlington, satisfied customer in Travelers Rest, SC.
